@Our group was established in October 2014 with two starting members of
Prof. Feng-Lei Hong and Dr. Takumi Kobayashi. In October 2014, Nobel laureate
Dr. John L. Hall visited our new laboratories. In April 2015, one graduate
student and five undergraduate students joined the group. From November
2015 to March 2019, Dr. Kazumichi Yoshii joined the group as an assistant
professor. In January of 2021, Dr. Daisuke Akamatsu joined the group as
an associated professor.
@We have collaboration with other universities and institutes, such as
AIST, Univ. Electro-Communications, Keio Univ. Univ. Tokyo, and NAOJ. Our
research activities are supported by various funding sources, including
PRESTO, ERATO and KAKENHI.
